We don’t teach basic cleaning — we train professionals to meet the standards required in today’s most stable and demanding service industry.
Our journey began with a simple mission: to raise the standard of cleaning services in the multifamily industry.
We believe that quality cleaning is more than routine work—it is a professional service that directly impacts the comfort of residents and the success of property management teams.
Julio Ignacio Melero Martínez holds a Master’s degree in People Management and Organizational Dynamics from the University of Chile and is a Business Administration Engineer with a specialization in Finance. He has over 20 years of professional experience and a well-established career as a university professor, instructor trainer, and academic leader.
A significant part of his academic experience was developed in Chile, where he served as a professor at DUOC UC and INACAP, two of the largest and most prestigious technical and professional education institutions in Latin America. These institutions are comparable in scale, reach, and academic rigor to community colleges and technical universities in the United States. They educate tens of thousands of students each year and maintain strong connections with industry and the labor market.
At these institutions, he taught key subjects in areas such as human resources, talent management, strategic planning, leadership, organizational culture, performance evaluation, and technological tools for management, always with a practical approach focused on the real-world application of knowledge.
Among his main teaching achievements, he was recognized for three consecutive years as one of the top five professors, outperforming more than 250 faculty members on campus. He was also selected as an expert professor responsible for evaluating final-degree portfolios, a role in which he supported students through academic completion processes, comprehensive competency assessments, and professional thesis defenses before faculty committees.
One of his distinctive strengths as an academic has been the design of training programs with real-world impact. He was the creator and pioneer of the course “Organizational Culture, Climate, and Change,” where he integrated academic learning with real interventions in small businesses, developing applied consulting projects that generated tangible improvements within organizations and provided high practical value for students.
His academic profile is further strengthened by extensive leadership experience in both the public and private sectors, where he has led teams, designed operational processes, trained personnel, and established high standards of quality, service, and performance. This combination allows him to deeply understand the gap between theoretical education and the real demands of field-based work.
As Academic Director of Clean Plus Academy, his mission is to ensure that every training program:
Has a solid academic structure
Is based on practical and measurable competencies
Meets real industry standards in the United States
Prepares students to perform with excellence from day one
His academic leadership guarantees rigorous, applied, and market-aligned education, aimed at professionalizing the cleaning and service industry by training technicians and providers with strong judgment, ethics, business vision, and real capacity for growth.
